Add source DVD
Open DVD to VCD Converter program and add DVD to this program, either DVD discs or folders.
Set VCD as output
In profile frame, select Video-CD Format as output profile. (Mac users click the clickable icon before 3D to enter the profile frame).
Output VCD parameters could be changed in settings button after Profile frame (Mac users click "+" button in profile frame), including: codec, quality, video size, aspect ratio, bit rate, frame rate, etc.
